Made in house with a bit of heat creamy cheddar cheese

FRIDAY:
Fried Catfish $23
10oz portion of catfish breaded in cornmeal and spices, pan fried and served with tartar
sauce, coleslaw, lemon wedge, and homemade hush puppies.

SATURDAY:
St. Louis Style Pork Steak served with 2 sides $23
Smoked with our house made BBQ rub then slathered in our Original BBQ sauce and
finished on the grill

SUNDAY:
Pork Spare Ribs served with 2 sides $23
Our ribs are rubbed and smoked to perfection
